Cat Sketch

When I do lesson plan for my class, I will spent alot of time thinking. And when I think, I like to draw randomly. My blue pencil become an extension of my brain. Tonite, I drew pages of cats... i don't know why, maybe because I was playing catch with my cat earlier (yes.. my cat is cool, he like to play catch!) So, I end up designing this week drawing class for drawing cats!!

my weekend :(

Got some kind of allergy over the weekend, my nose and eyes just keep running! I think I used 2 boxes of tissues . I hate it... can't get anything done and I felt terrible. Its gone now, but I am still unable to work... its 5:10 in the morning now, I still have to plan my lesson for tomorrow and also I need to take out the trash. (its going to be so cold outside...) I should stop posting on my blog now.

I think allergy is just an excuse for me not to do anything over the weekend.

Books!!

I like books, books with picture and drawing! In my work room, I have 4 book shelves filling with books. Recently I have been running of of room. Above is the book shelves on both side of my drawing desk. There are so many book on it that I afraid one day it will just fall over. So I have decide to re-organize all my book shelf to make it easier to find books and less messy looking. Lets hope I mange to finish this task...

Raaaa!

Finish the bat I started last nite. All done in Illustrator. I finish this in a garage while waiting for my car being fix, took them 4 hours to finish my car, sometime I like having my laptop around :)

Halloween Bat!

A bat! Halloween is coming and why not draw a halloween bat! Its done in Illustrator and it was fun drawing it. Its not done yet, I still want to add some shade/texture to it. Hopefully I actually get around to finsih it...

The saw from last character is for him. He was originally holding the saw instead, but I change it. There is another character supposed to be infront of him. If you go to "side A" (link on the right side >) you can see who is getting the axe. I will probably post up the whole picture on the other side tomorrow.

Yes... it is a very big saw. It will kind of make more sense after I post the next character. Well, not that I make alot of sense in most my drawing anyways...

Its been awhile I post anything here. got lazy. I will do more drawing here in the next coming week or so, hopefully I can shake that lazy bug off me. :)

Big sucker!

I also have a fish tank at home. It only have one fish in it and I don't really look at the tank or even feed the fish. Last nite I took a look at it and saw this in it! Its a pleco, one of the sucker fish like like to eat the algae in the tank. He is HUGH now!!! I don't realize it had grow to this big! I got him couple year ago and he just keep growing. Its amazing how big he can get with so little food he got and given the bad water condition... I got to look closer into the tank, maybe there will be some other monster in there!

I hated the girl character I drew couple characters ago. So I went back to the drawing table and re-draw her. I like this one a bit better, she have more character and style to her. I might fix her more later, but for now, I will just leave her alone.
