Left turn

Took this a little over a year ago. I love driving at night, everything is so peaceful. Too bad I don't do it any more. 

Lizards

I have to make soup out of two lizards.... It was interesting seeing them all dry up and all, but cutting them up was no fun at all. I like reptile. I used to have a big lizard as a pet, in fact, more than one at one time. They are pretty cool. I used to have my lizard on my shoulder while i walk around outside. I remember one time i was walking in the airport with my lizard over my shoulder. Why i am at an airport with my pet on my shoulder... I don't really remember much... I think i was taking photo for a photography class. Why, i don't know. But I am sure I look really cool. Imagine a photographer taking photo at people at the airport with lizard on his shoulder!!! o, and I have my long pony tail hair with me at the time, so cool, right. haha. 

Anyway, the lizard soup didn't taste all that good...

Low tide

I dont know why, but i always like the part of the seashore (or lakeshore where i live..) where the tide are low and water are trip behind the rock. When i am young, I used to just staring at it for the longest time. I would find all kind of interesting thing living within it. I remember i once brought home a star fish, just to find out couple days later, dry up star fish smell really bad...

Tobermory

 

Its been probably over ten years I been here, Tobermory, Ontario. Its a 3.5 hour drive from where I live. They have the best fish and chips, its worth the 4 hour drive!!

 

creative block

Lately, I been running into some creative block. I cannot draw or paint, cannot plan my lesson, and just no drive to do anything... I think creative block is just a excuse for artist to say they are lazy. Yup, I think I am just being lazy lately... I have to get out of it quick... so much work ahead of me..

March Madness

Its been a crazy past couple of months!! First the deadline of portfolio, which have me go on for 2 all niter, 45 hours straight working non stop. Then come March break camp, which is even harder with record breaking 27 kids in one of the day. I have to move my table around to make it works. Coming up with new material for the camp and running around between the two studios is what burn me out. I think I got 1 hour of sleep each day for the whole week. I was so tried at the end, I think I understand my limit now...
Right after the March break camp is the Birthday party. Yes, we do birthday party again. and this one is a crazy one with 30 kids in the party!!! Also need to move table and furniture around in order to fit all people in the party. It went good and all have a good time. So more birthday party on the way.

Now thinks kind of finish and I have some time to do my own thing for a bit, before summer camp hit me... First thing I have to do is get on Life Drawing. Even if I lost money I need to set up a class for myself, so that I will get better at it. Second thing is I want to get started on my book. Third is read all the comic that I been meaning to read.

I will update all this as I go along. I hope by updating here will keep me doing them....

Long week!

Its been a long week, a lot of all niter and shouting at students. I work non stop for 45 hour straight without any sleep, drawing so much that my fingers hurt. But, it was fun :) I would do it all over again next year. I love the rush, I love to see my students putting everything they got into their work,  I love to see no one is giving up, everyone putting up a fight. Good job everyone and good luck in the future!!

Roller Coaster

 

I been drawing in my sketchbook again lately. Mostly random stuff, random stuff from my head.I like roller coaster, up and down and around and round in circle, just like life. What important is who sit beside you along the ride.  

New look!

We make choices that changes our life. I wish life is as easy as changing the layout of this blog!
I been on and off and away from here for awhile. But now I decided to give this place a new look and will post more here from now on. It will be more ME here.
